Linnie Mae Doyle - Born in Greeneville, Ky - July 10th - Married Jack - June 28, 1977

My upbringing was in the Church of God in Tacoma, Washington. One of ten children, we all learned to sing at a very young age. Sister Allen was the church choir director, and my mentor. Her influence still inspires my music today. I have always loved to sing but never thought I would be singing and traveling the way I am today. I am so amazed that the Lord would choose me to share His message of love, hope and joy with others. As a young child I gave my heart to the Lord, and was very sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading.

I knew then that God was going to use me for His glory but I didn't know when or how. I give a lot of credit to my praying mom. She was a true prayer warrior and encouraged us kids to be used by God and to live a life that was pleasing to Him. I've never forgotten the Christian values and principles that I was raised with. I'm so grateful that my parents instilled those values in me while I was young. Because of that I have learned to lean on the everlasting arms of Jesus every day of my life. I met my wonderful husband when I was 18 and married him just five months after we started dating. He is my main support in this ministry as well as my biggest fan! He encourages me everyday and is always by my side. I thank the Lord for this Godly man he has given me to share my life with.

The biggest blessing in our lives came after seven years of marriage. As a carrier for Hemophilia, I decided not to have children to keep from passing this blood disease on. This was a very difficult decision but God had a better plan. He blessed us with a precious son through adoption. He was more beautiful than anything we could have made ourselves. Jonathan is the most important part of our lives and we are so proud of the young man he has become today. I have seen God through the hard times and I've gloried in the blessings of the good times. But I am experiencing God in a whole new way at this time in my life and I can tell you that there is Joy in knowing the Lord. He's all I need and I hope my life shows it!
